How do I use the machines?
Using our machines is simple and user-friendly. Here’s a quick guide:
- Select a machine: Choose an available washing machine or dryer.
- Add payment: Pay for your selected machine using the correct coins.
- Load your laundry: Open the door and place your clothes inside, ensuring not to overfill the machine.
- Add detergent: Pour your detergent or softener into the designated compartments (or use our in-house options).
- Choose a cycle: Select the washing or drying cycle that best suits your load.
- Start the machine: Follow the instructions on the display, and you’re good to go!

What are the service wash times and availability?
Our service washes are available during regular business hours. Simply drop off your laundry, and we’ll take care of the rest! Turnaround times vary depending on the workload, but we’ll always provide an estimated completion time when you drop off your items. Same-day service may be available upon request.
What is your lost and found policy?
We understand that items can sometimes be misplaced during the laundry process. If you’ve left something behind, please let us know as soon as possible.
- All lost items found on the premises are kept in our designated lost and found area.
- Unclaimed items are held for up to 30 days before being donated to charity.
